Life Line Foster Care Agency, a Child Placement Agency licensed to operate in the state of Colorado, is currently offering the Colorado Departments of Social Services out-of-home placements to its clients.  As a service provider, we want to respond to the needs of children instead of trying to fit them into pre-existing placements.  Therefore in the effort to serve the needs of our children, Life Line wants to ensure flexibility of service delivery by remaining committed to providing creative placement options and services designed to address their diverse needs.  We must always be sure that we are acting in the best interest of the children.  This means that the way to rescue a child is, if at all possible, to rescue his family.  While we do this, children may have to be away from their family, and while they are away, the programs that assist them must be designed to meet there needs.

Life Line is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and secure environment coupled with positive mentoring.  The primary goal will be family preservation and well-baby care to be addressed through several key program components in our mutual care homes.  These components will consist of the promotion of linkages among service care providers, the encouragement of family involvement and re-integration into a home community and the development of an individualized resource menu.

Life Line is a community based and community oriented program whose services have assisted hundreds of individuals that are disadvantaged and/or displaced.  Our therapeutic homes, group homes, therapy services, training workshops, food bank, clothing bank, recreational activities, and staff interventions help to promote foster care that is child centered but family focused.
